Not sure if I'd rather be fired or be a quitter.

I could believe it. He looked like he was completely checked out and would rather be doing anything else than coaching the couple USCe games I’ve watched. It’s time for you to enjoy retirement Paul. Come on back to Baton Rouge and sit back in the stands and get aggravated at this LSU team like the rest of us lol.

So you don’t be accepting any contract payouts then Paul?

Only reason I can think he took that job is because he needs money. He wanted nothing to do with the job when he parted with lsu. No way he just up and wanted to run a program again

I never understood why South Carolina hired him. They've won CWS titles and have a good program. They didn't know that Mainieri got burned out at LSU?
They should've made a better hire than Mainieri.

Why couldn't Marinara Sauce have been a gentleman and resigned from LSU.

Woody allowed him a graceful exit and his farewell tour. The writing was on the wall. Like Les, PM’s tenure had gotten stale.

He’s probably already back home at his Bayou Paul Lane house schedule a tee times at U club for next week
