Made some bronzed catfish for fish tacos, cheater shrimp rice and cole slaw for dinner this evening.
Started off with warming the the soft tortillas and having the first margarita.
Then it was on to the cheater(Rice-a-Roni)shrimp fried rice which came out really good.
And last but not least the catfish.
Time to eat!!!

Seared and smoked an eye of round roast. Sliced thin it came out really nice. Cheap as shite too
on a roll with horseradish cream, pickled red onion and beet greens
