Too many free bases given up—errors and walks

It starts with walks and then forced errors. Vandy is just putting the ball in play and letting LSU make the plays, which they are not most of the time.

I don’t have the statistics, but I’d say a 2:1 hit/run ratio is about average for college. We’re giving up a run for every hit these past few weeks. That’s gotta change.
