If you are a baseball fan, I highly suggest watching this one hour low budget documentary about getting drafted and playing in the minor leagues.
It's one of the most interesting and eye opening docs I have ever watched.

It's a low budget documentary so don't pay attention to the low budget/low film quality.. it's the substance that made it interesting. If you do watch it I'm curious what you think! It was very eye opening to me

This. One of the most eye opening sports docs I've seen. No snowflakes allowed in Japanese baseball.
