Foreign investments in Fidelity caution

I’ve been playing that penny stock graphene game and been buying and selling Directa Plus. DTPKF
I will get to it. If you buy 1000 shares today, there is a $50 investment fee.
But sometimes that order didn’t get fully filled and you only bought 100 partial out of the 1000. The order is still open. And hopefully if you did a “good for the day”order, you will not be charged $50 every time the order fills your 1000….for today.
However, beware, if you bought 1000 and only 100 were filled today. The order is still open and tomorrow you might be charged the $50 if you get 100 shares again tomorrow. Same thing for the next day a $50 fee for 100 if these keep partially filling. Good till cancelled orders could theoretically cost you 250 for the week @ $50 every day.
Ideally, you want to buy the 1000 at one time at your limit, but that doesn’t happen sometimes just letting you know.
Same goes for selling foreign investment fee shares.
I am not sure how it works for any other app.

You can't do an All or None on Fidelity?

I’d like to know the answer to that.

not much volume on this. Fidelity is showing 115 in volume today and 90 day average of 3,023. The spread is crazy. Bid .03 x 30,000 Ask .17 49,999
52 week range of .01 to .50
Thinly traded stock. May I ask what lead you to this one?

The graphene threads of the rant.
I purchased 2500 back in November at .12 and placed a sell at .45. Weeks later it hit.
Then right after went down to .03.
Tried to purchase2500 but it only let me buy that 115.

Before I “invest”, I have 2 questions:
1. What do we know about this stock that the market has overlooked?
2. What is the historical record of penny stocks in general?
