What is the difference with the walk ons club vs the ‘best of Zurich’ options?

Both seem very similar but the walk ons is $100 more?

Does one just have better food options or something?

Best of Zurich comes with 10 or so samples from various New Orleans restaurants.

The Walkons is bar food and has its own spot on #17 green.

Both have open bar.

Best of Zurich is at several of the holes.
All you can drink, but you get a band for the food options for each day from the vendors in the designated area. It’s like 3 options at each tent.

8, 18 and I think it’s in b/w 17 and maybe 14 for the Zurich tents.

Anyways, you get unlimited food (assuming walk ons food) and drinks and A/C with the Walk Ons ticket.

You can get A/C without the walk ons ticket, if you roll into the Tito’s tent on the backside of 17.

The Zurich tents have fans blowing.

The Best of the Zurich is the better deal. Walkons is behind 17 green which is a good view but the food isn’t comparable to the Best of.

I’ll be working 17 green all week, thank god I know where the AC leaks out of the Walkons Pavilion for a quick cooldown.

The good food is only on #17 and #18

#8 was hamburgers/hotdogs/ice cream. And also another open bar.

17 is usually chargrilled oysters and fried shrimp and catfish I think.

18 has the more diverse and better options.

You can buy in other areas of the course if you want to follow a few guys.

The WalkOn's tent is overrated. It's strictly the 17th hole and you have WalkOns food to eat instead of the sponsors of the tournament like you have at the Best of the Zurich.

You also have three tents to go into with the Zurich passes. One of 18, one of 17/13 and one of 8/9 hole.

8/9 tent has unlimited food you would get on the course like burgers, hotdogs and beer. The other tents have tickets on a wristband that give you multiple options for food.

Pro Tip: I usually just buy one pass and come out with 2-3 beers at a time then walk the course. You can give them to your friends and save some beer money. The corporate suites on 18 are strict with that and only allow two drinks out at a time, maybe one depending on the voluteer worker.

The best place to watch golfers tee off are on 13th tee. You're practically 2ft from the box. 17th tee is a good shot from behind the box. 3rd tee is another Par 3 that has a good view from the box. 12 is also a good view if you want to watch them tee off.

A lot of the people will hang around the 7th hole green and rotate to the 8th hole tee box. That's a popular area outside of 18th fairway and 9th green.

The little hill behind 13 tee is a great spot, you can see 6 green and 7 tee as well as 13. .

I like to stand in the little section between 7s green and 8s tee box. Get to watch their approach shot, putting and then watch them tee off

Best of is adding Pulled Pork sandwiches to the Oasis on 8 this year too. The spreading out of facilities usually keeps the bar lines short too.
