Jackass BR police, is driving 80+ mph and hits a man on a bicycle.
In addition, he has separate charges for sexual battery.


He and his supervisors should responsible for all liability.
The taxpayers of EBR have no control of this behavior and should not be responsible. I know my taxes will pay for this BS, but damn, this is frustrating.

EBR had a horrible officer. There are allegations that his supervisors protected a bad employee.
It seems obvious that this officer was inept.


Why should taxpayers be on the hook? Liability should be w the officers and his superiors
