3x F-15's downed. Intentional?

When i heard about 1 being downed i thought accident. Then later heard 3x.....i started scratching my head. Then i heard about 1 pilot did it....i started thinking intentional

I suspect fog of war.
The people of Kuwait have an overall favorable view of the US and we have been solid allies for a couple generations now.
Did you see the video of the ejected fighter pilot after he parachuted to earth? He was quickly surrounded by locals who thought he was an Iranian pilot and they looked ready to dismember him until he said "American, American!" Then they calmed right down and were like, "Oh, ok cool. You alright brah?"
