“Massive news on the Palisades fire lawsuit. The judge has overruled the city and the states demurs and is allowing the case to move forward, that means discovery time. Until now, our attorneys have had to fight for any information from state and local agencies about their failures on the fire because there has been a stay on discovery for nearly a year.
Think about every insane thing we've already learned about what went wrong with the fire. That was all just me and my lawyers digging, wearing out the shoe leather. That was all without the ability to get records and testimony from public officials or the text messages that Karen Bass deleted after the fire.”
“Gavin Newsom can't stop me. His attorney tried real hard to get our case thrown out. Gavin called us opportunistic plaintiffs and conspiracy theorists. Well, now after a year of fighting this incompetent, corrupt, and unscrupulous lying governor, our case just got the green light. We get discovery Now you hear that, Gavin?”

The city of Malibu joined the suit. And apparently some of Bass' own city attorneys joined the suit as well. Let's see how this goes. He's got public utility companies joining the suit as well.

Maybe this is partially why Newsom is out there telling people he can't read and is retarded.

I don't know. What he said was that there was a city attorney who was fighting them in court but switched sides and is now joining their suit against the state. He says they have 30 insurance companies, utility companies, and now the city of Malibu all suing Newsom.
