Looking at upgrading my 100 Quart boiling setup this year and looking hard at the high performance brand. Anyone used it or seen them in person and are they worth it? Thanks in advance for feedback.

The people that get them free to use them on social media love them.

Ole Papa with his single jet burner and aluminum pot still turns out a solid boil. There ain't no reason to rush things.

I LOVE MINE. WHEN IT SAYS 8 MINUTES, ITS 8 MINUTES. EASY CLEAN UP WEN DONE WIYTH THE VALVE ON FRONT. ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE AND IT ISNT MUCH OF ONE IS THE ALL IN ONE BUILD, ONLY FOR MOVING IT AROUND. BESIDES THAT, DEFINITELY A GOOD PIECE

A friend has one he got for Father's Day last year. It's a bad unit now. Comes to a boil very fast. Fabrication and welds are high quality. But you don't get good cheap. And it damn sure ain't cheap. Personally I'm not spending $800 to save 10-15 minutes at something that I don't think needs rushing. But to each his own.

I’ve had the 4 sacks boiler and used commercially for the past 3 years. The thing is a beast. My only issue is with welding on the seams at the top part where the baskets flip back. I’ve had to have them rewelded now 2x. Apparently they outsourced the work early on while making and I got one of the lesser ones. Still 10x better than any other setup I’ve used before.

They are great. Probably overkill for a lot of people, like if you only boil 1 time a year. A couple BR area crawfish places use them for their boils.

Also, their customer service is top notch. We had one were a weld broke on the first cook (that didn't really affect the cook) and they overnighted a new pot to Texas for the next day.
