Heading to spring/woodlands from BR this weekend. Would like to grab some bbq for lunch on Sunday. Specifically want brisket or beef ribs.

Corkscrew in Old Town Spring.
Tejas in Tomball (never been but it's highly regarded)

Tejas does pastrami beef ribs on Thursday. Very good chocolate too.

1 / 2 are Corkscrew and Bar-A. Tejas is a step behind, but it’s still very good.
