Cactus League - Experiences?

Been to Florida spring training countless times and opportunity presents itself to go to Phoenix for Cactus League for the first time this weekend. Have tickets for Cubs at Sloan Park Saturday and Giants in Scottsdale Sunday. I have Monday free and am trying to decide where to watch workouts that day, thinking of Salt River.
Any tips from those who have been? Restaurants, things to do in Scottsdale area for post game activities?

Try to see Sloan Park for a day game. If it’s a night game, it will be packed, and essentially a MLB atmosphere.
Salt River has great access within the facility. As long as you don’t mind the teams, you’ll have a good experience.
Scottsdale is a nice throwback park. It’s in the middle of the neighborhood, not some modern resort like the others. I dig it.
