Slam coffee

Kicked coffee years ago and immediately noticed improvements in energy levels, cognitive function, and metabolism levels.
Anyone still drinking that crap should quit for a month and see how much better you feel. It’s probably what’s wrong with a lot of these soy boy liberals. I know they love their Starbucks.

That would be the caffeine component. Not necessarily coffee itself. Coffee has some benefits in moderation
