Anyone try this combo?
Jello Cheesecake Mix No sugar.
Using the Great Value Greek Yogurt Plain. Low Sugar
Its heavly.
Add some rasberrys to it. Its a god send.
Kills any craving for sweets.

what's the mix ratio? I eat yogurt often, with granola and honey, but this sounds like a great way to mix things up.

No, its going to be a pudding mixture. That specific pudding mix is just cheesecake flavored.
I've done this with some different flavors and they are definitely a good way to help combat a sweet tooth. Works well with making a pseudo banana pudding as well.

I like the idea and may try it. I’ve never been a sweets person, but the last year or so I’ve found myself craving them more often. No bueno
