Men's tennis national indoors bracket released

Bracket
LSU is in Waco starting Friday vs the #2 seed TCU at 9 am.
LSU kinda got screwed on the seeding here. Undefeated with wins over top 20 teams Clemson, Pepperdine and Arizona. Baylor and Texas A&M should not be seeded ahead.
Waco side:
(1) Wake Forest vs (8) UC Santa Barbara
(4) UCF vs (5) Baylor
(3) Texas vs (6) Texas A&M
(2) TCU vs (7) LSU
Dallas (SMU) side:
(1) Ohio State vs (8) SMU
(4) Stanford vs (5) Arizona State
(3) Miss State vs (6) Florida
(2) Virginia vs (7) Clemson

Yes. I think A&M, Texas, or UCF would have been a winnable first-round match. TCU will be tough

If anyone was wondering LSU is actually #1 in the computer rankings…..
So if the tournament was next week when the computer rankings become official they would be the 1st overall seed. Ridiculous where they are currently with the dumbass humans

Yep. Tennis goes 100% by the computer rankings after the indoors event. Basically like the basketball NET rankings, giving a lot of weight to the quality of wins

Speaking of Tennis.
There's an ATP Challenger event this week at the LSU Indoor Courts.
Challenger Baton Rouge. Looks like there are 2 or 3 Tigers still alive.
Going to have to try to make it out there this week. Free to attend Pro Tennis event.

The coaches probably are secretly hoping they lose before Thursday though so they can make it over to Waco for the TCU match
