Any online places (PayPal Venmo or the like) that can receive an ACH transfer?

Got a class action settlement and they want me to put my bank account info in to get an ACH transfer. There's no freaking way I'm doing that, anybody know of an alternative place that will accept one?

Beware of scamming.....seems like I received some kind of similar email a couple of weeks back from some mortgage company saying I had $70 or some such amount they needed to give me.

Yup, why I definitely don't want to put my bank account in there, despite me being 99% certain it is legit. Not worth getting hacked over like 41 dollars, wish there was a way to send it to my PayPal.

Got the Apple settlement eh?

For anyone who’s worried about this, search in your email if you got the email from them around may or so from last year. Then if you’re worried about it being a scammer make sure the email is coming from noreply@clearpathpayments.firsthorizon.com and when you enter your banking details, Venmo has direct deposit in your settings, use that routing and account number. Plenty of people got paid out and it’s safer that way.

I was skeptical also on the Apple settlement. After doing some research I went ahead & input my bank info using a checking account that mostly has a very low balance. My $41.10 was deposited within 48 hours.

Speculation from my research reading said the Attys may have used that sketchy looking email & website to deter people from claiming their payment increasing the attys payout. Have no idea if that is the case.

Thanks a ton, exactly what I was looking for, had no idea you could do that in Venmo.
