New search feature on TD?

Boss, unless I'm doing something wrong, the new search feature is painfully slow.
Almost half the time a search using it will time out before any results are listed.
FWIW, my laptop is only 2 months old and has an AMD Ryzen 5 7530U processor with Radeon Graphics (2.00 GHz).

I was looking for one of my posts on the Poli Board Ukraine/Russia War stickied thread and chose 1 to 3 years for my time parameter.
I expected a search going that far back to be slow but it timed out multiple times and never produced a search result.
So, I reduced the range of the search to 1 year, although I was pretty sure what I was looking for was further back than that, and then waited and waited and waited...
It's not a big deal. And thanks for hearing me out.
