Daniel Whitmore is a conservative commentator on YouTube, he has come out of nowhere during the illness of Victor Hanson. He is slick, says just what you want to hear. What is creepy is that he has a sort of Max Headroom vibe about him.
I have not been able to find much information about him, has anyone else seen his spots?

He’s being treated for a form of lung cancer. It will be a few weeks before he can return, he’s had a tough go of it.

My mom has been watching political commentary on YouTube and sent me this video of "historian Daniel Whitmore." I can't find any evidence of this guy's existence besides a three-part book series called "The Greatest Hoaxes in History" that was released between July-August 2025.
The video looks very suspicious to me, especially the way the mouth and monotone voice don't seem to align. His blinking is very rhythmic and "glitchy," for example starting around the 15:48 timestamp. There are 50+ videos posted within two weeks, and the guy hasn't moved or changed his shirt in any of them...
