Go out on the 13th. Plenty of reservations available, and the service isn't overburdened.

That’s what we do.

Valentines Day itself is a shite show at good restaurants, and on top of that, some of started doing limited menus and shoo you out as quickly as possible.

Doesn’t exactly help Mrs RaginCajun03 feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Yeah we might have to do the 13th instead, looks like a few of them still have a couple spots

I would take 18 off the list.

Ordered the most expensive steak there, med rare, and it came out chewy and barely pink.

Ridiculous for how expensive it was.

Places that may have available:

Eliza
Beausoleil
Proverbial
Doe’s
Soji

You will also have cancellations closer as Mardi Gras plans disrupt attendance.

I’d call and get on waitlist for Ninos, Ruffinos, etc.

Saturday night Valentines is absolutely rookie night. You won’t be pleased anywhere, way too crowded. If you go I’d go at 4;45 or 5:00, otherwise Lord help your patience

Great idea, lunch on Saturday is also a nice option. Better than dealing with a crowded host desk at a nice restaurant at 8:00 on Vday
