lc--I used the legacy horizontal fold routine. I might try the diagonal fold next time, if I'm feeling crazy.

Good choice if you were by yourself. If you had a babe, impress with the angle. If you are trying to close the sale? Cut the bread first, add the fill and top it with the other side. It really wows them.
Trust me ..I picked up a chick once, about 38 years ago.
