I can find the calculator and I can see that it is set for 40 servings. But I want to change the servings number. Any help appreciated. Where is stadium rat?

I believe there is a separate tab (bottom of the sheet) to calculate by servings

"By Servings" is the very first tab after How to Use. Make sure you're on that.

That is the big pot version. If you look a few tabs down, there is also "By Small Batch - By Servings". There's also Small Batch - Pot Size, which is what I use for home batches since for me, pot size is most important.

Note that the pink cells are editable by you. It's the yellow ones that are locked and are changing based on Stadium Rat's formula. So say you want 15 servings instead of the default 20, you'll see the ingredients list update for you when you type that in.

If you want different ratios of each item, you can manipulate those ratios in the area above the ingredients list. I usually don't touch those and just manipulate my servings (or pot size, which I usually do) +t he upper right cell for how filled you want the pot to be.

Thanks for the information. That is exactly what I did, but I still could not manipulate the pink squares. Not sure why.

First, make sure you have made the file editable.
