Question, is it against the law to camp on the Toledo Bend islands? In particular, the one near Pirates Bay?

We go swim on them and hang out. Doubt anyone would say much at all. I’d do it.

Pirates Cove is correct, but we've always shortened a lot of the area names.

We simply have always called them Pirate's, Shadow's, Quiet's, Lanan etc.

As to the OP, to my knowledge there are no "No Trespassing" signs. I always assumed SRA owned them since the Government bought up the lake bottom before it was dammed up.
