Pretti new video---Could it have the basis for a scrum plan to take him down?

The new video released by the BBC shows Pretti as a very aggressive guy with a gun. Surely there is daily review of videos activity by folks within the ICE, to develop response plans and heads up for the field agents to go about their work safely and effectively. A possibility, conjecture, is that the border agents were aware of Pretti carrying before they went out that day and had a specific playbook on how to disarm and capture. When the sig sauer went off unplanned, everyone had been tuned up to respond with force and in the next 4 seconds he was dead.
Perhaps this is the protocol Miller was talking about.
Perhaps the agents were wound tight before the encounter
Perhaps the clip was released to BBC to frame the explanation

This guy apparently had no job and plenty of time on his hands. I’d bet the house he was in the middle of lots of these altercations not just the two we are aware of.

It took them days to even find this. They had to go thru thousands of hours of video to find this 2 minute clip.

That plan looked like shite, because the dude who got the gun didn’t tell his padnuhs.

Doubtful. He was carrying in the new video. He got into a scuffle and they apparently didn’t notice it… in the death video, the officer in grey comes around the back of the pile and starts trying to control his legs. He spots the pistol, and then moves his focus from his legs to trying to disarm him. Quite honestly, he might have ended up shot in the previous encounter had they seen the weapon then.
