I don’t think the US was interested in helping the Taliban turn Iran into an Islamic State. The US gave the ousted Shah of Iran political asylum, so why would they then support the Taliban?

So, the funny thing about politics in 2026 is that I can’t tell if you’re a rightwing jew-hater or a left-wing one. It’s like antisemitism is the only bipartisan issue.
But I all seriousness, I think tremendous loss of life, whether it be Iranians or Palestinians, is bad.

How about I’m on Team America and want to live freely and be left alone by leftist loonies and MAGA simps, all who are quick to take other Americans’ rights away whether locking up grandmas from J6 or killing an unarmed VA nurse who just got maced with freaking crowd sized OC spray while defending a woman.
