Ex-NC State WR lining up visit to LSU, per Pete Nakos. Will update when the date of visit is known.
39 catches for 629 yards & 5 TDs in 2025.
According to Nakos, there are 13 other schools in the mix for Anderson. They are as follows:
Texas Tech, UCLA, Arkansas, Michigan, Florida, Georgia, USC, Ole Miss, TCU, FSU, SMU, Louisville, & Miami.
With this many schools in the mix, it is HUGE for LSU to be the first school with a confirmed visit.

Nice. Any idea on who we’re competing with for him?

Nothing publicized at this point, but I will update if I hear anything. Nakos was vague and said "multiple top 25 programs".

Damn. Those frickers are bidding on everyone. Needs to be a cap on how much you can offer

Already signed two EDGEs, top 2 for Sorsby, has a visit from another EDGE (Wendell Gregory)...Texas Tech versus LSU for #1 portal class this cycle.

Just updated. 13 others schools in the mix. Feels good to have a visit early but he is clearly highly sought after. Could trend to a top 3 followed by "highest bidder wins".
Time will tell.

This portal cycle may finally be the year that pushes Congress to do something about this. It's gotten completely out of hand. It's still the Wild West even with rev share.
I think a lot of teams are going to throw the middle finger to the NCAA on the revenue share/NIL rules or just lie through their teeth to players about how much money they can actually give them.

Tech's big money man last year said he would not be out bid by any team and "I'll poach any player we want from another team".

And this is the part of college football somebody is gonna have to find a way to put a strangle hold on. Crap like this can’t keep continuing. They need a cap in the worst way.
