Over the last week, SBA has reviewed thousands of potentially fraudulent pandemic-era PPP and EIDL loans approved in Minnesota. Today, our agency took action to suspend 6,900 Minnesota borrowers amid suspected fraudulent activity. In total, these borrowers were approved for 7,900 PPP and EIDL loans worth approximately $400M. These individuals will be banned from all SBA loan programs, including disaster loans, going forward. We will also refer every case, where appropriate, to federal law enforcement for prosecution and repayment. After years, the American people will finally begin to see the criminals who stole from law-abiding taxpayers held accountable - and this is just the first state.

PPP is one if the biggest scams ever perpetrated on the American tax payer and is one of the single largest contributors to inflation.

Largely Kudlow’s idea, who has somehow escaped criticism for almost singlehandedly destroying the economy.

Yep. Right after the Covid 19 restrictions were beginning to be released, we went on a beach trip to Florida.

One of those places that rents scooters, street legal golf carts, etc was near the home we rented. There was a bright red Ferrari Portofino that was continually parked in front of it.

No fraud there. Nooo way.

What should have been done for businesses forced to shutdown over the Covid scam era?

That's a different question.

But I'm sure the answer isn't giving millions if not billions of dollars to businesses that popped up overnight in the community.
