1. Immigration reform
2. Decentralize government agencies
3. Go all in on an actual budget instead of a continuing resolution

First thing I’d do is make every muzzle swim back to their home country with a Jew under one arm and anyone that mentions reparations under the other.
Next I would expand the education of abortion. People need to see, hear, and smell an abortion. It isn’t healthcare. It’s infanticide.
Others have said the judiciary. But it can’t be said enough. Judges legislating from the bench has to change.
Then by executive order if necessary I would bring back the practices of tarring and feathering any politician convicted of compromising the public trust.
Then I would invest heavily in tar and feathers.

Hard to top this but if I was able to squeeze a 4th it would be fixing our education system, destroy teacher's unions and eliminate all teachers that indoctrinate over educate.
