America should build a prison in each country it has an embassy.

It would be so much easier to send criminals and illegal aliens back to the countries from which they originated. Pay the locals to manage and run the "prison".

What is made clear is the criminal or illegal alien can not ever come back to the USA.

The prison must be the same as the standard prison of the country where the prison is located. It would end those who come here to commit a crime for three hots and a cot.

If the English language is not learned within 3 months of arriving in USA they are sent back to their originating country for being too stupid. It will be against American law to speak a foreign language in public. All public conversations must be in English. *

Held on the American embassy grounds. I can dig it.

Surprised if CIA isn’t doing this already.

No way, we get stolen enough from as it is, opening a facility that has to be maintained is money grab opportunity for someone especially when it’s overseas.

All immigration hearings will be at the US Embassy/Consulate of their home country.

You don't get to remain in the USA for years waiting on your hearing.
