Fishing boats and where they come from

We've head much about fishing boats in the Caribbean. But we also hear of strikes against boats in the Eastern Pacific. Venezuela does not have a Pacific port or even border the Pacific. When are we going to admit we are also preventing Columbian boats from fishing?

Real talk. There has been some discussion the Caribbean boats don't go to the U.S. - they drop the cocaine off in Trinidad. I'm assuming the Pacific boats drop it off in Central America?

He mentioned E-2C's in that clip. Obama decommissioned an E-2 Hawkeye squadron based out of Belle Chasse that spent a lot of time in the Caribbean and Central/South America.
