I realize I should have bought tickets months ago, but his mother is prone to sabotaging things at the last minute, and I’ve had to eat several thousands of dollars worth of tickets over the years.

That’s neither here nor there—a lot of that’s on me. But this would be our 1st NBA game overall, too. Advice on seats and where/when to get them would be greatly appreciated. I meant is it worth a grand for 2 tickets in the upper part of the lowers around mid-court, or would $350 in the uppers be the smarter choice?

Trying to get a last minute Christmas present for a kid who really deserves it. And this game—finally—fits into his school/basketball schedule. Of course, so do the Suns, Knicks, and Blazers’ games, but it’s his 1st game, and it’s the Lakers. Anyway, I’d appreciate any advice. Thanks and Merry fricking Christmas.

Wait until the day of the game and get them half of what people are asking now.

Or- call a ticket rep, tell them you are a business owner considering purchasing tickets for your company. Explain you’ve never been to a game and want to see if the experience is worth it. They can usually give you a pretty good deal.

Hell I saw where they are selling suites -24 tickets- to the rest of December home games. That would be a sweet gift- let him bring as many friends as he wants. Comes with 3 parking passes as well

It’s worth getting good tickets if you can afford it. I think bc the team is showing signs of life, more people will go, so the tickets may be a bit more than there were a month ago. My son is not a sports buff at all. He loves going to pels games. I myself am bringing my son on mon 29th. It’s just different than other sports. A lot to do and experience besides just the game.

Lakers games suck. Just every non-ball knowing bandwagon bitch in the gulf south oohing and ahhing every time one of two players touches the ball and whining for them during bench minutes.

Idk. This post just screams “other games are cool but I can’t where my mamba Kobe jersey to those”

If you are willing to pay $1,000 for 2 lower bowl tickets to watch this team… contact me in advance. I’ll buy them and sell them to you at that price.
