I have to work this week and travel straight to family dinner Christmas Eve, so curious of ideas on what I could cook today that would be serviceable after a reheat Wednesday?

I’m making a multi hour bolognese today. Anything low and slow will great a few days from now.

Red & green stuffed peppers would be easy to prep & reheat & would be festive

Go to Sam's and get a couple of macNcheese's in the deli section. Put them in your own casserole dish & bake when you get there. Their macNcheese is supposed to be legit although I haven't tried it yet.
