It’s all by design to eventually fail, and with emphasis onif they ever need it to fail, they can press another button to stop society”..

Anyone volunteering to have a self-driving car deserves to be stranded on the highway

It wasn’t the autonomous vehicles, it was the power outage. The signal lights were out and the vehicles just stopped because it couldn’t detect the traffic signals.

LoL... yeah, you know where half the human drivers correctly treat the intersection as a 4-way stop and the other half think ... Its a free-for-all.

I know. Would a autonomous self driving Tesla do the same thing in a power outage?

According to Elon, Tesla's Robotaxis were unaffected by the power outage. Waymos were abruptly stopping in middle of intersections.
