Toe separators for Morton’s Neuroma

Anyone use them? Saw a PT and he suggested these — forgot to ask him if he had a rec for them but will check with him as well.
I don’t have the pebble feeling in my foot but I do have awful burning in the balls of both feet after walking 3+ miles .. running is awful. Also have a separation between my 3rd and 4th toe which seems to also be a sign.
And I’m in the lucky 15% that it happens bilaterally.

I deal with it as well. Had it once and it went away entirely. Recently had it come back again. It’s annoying more than anything else. Here’s a great video from the Foot Collective. They also sell some toe splays and the Sole Mate, both of which I highly recommend.
