If we don’t save Skenes to shove Team Mexico in a locker in front of what will be thousands of Mexican fans in Houston, what are we even doing?

We won our only title with Pat fricking Neshek coming out of the pen.
Never forget.
Seriously though, against all odds, this tournament has become fun. I just wish they would treat it like international soccer where if you play for one team, you're locked in for that team forever.
Lame that Nolan Arenado is possibly going to play for Puerto Rico after he was the starting 3B for the US team that won in 2017.
Same with Marcus Stroman going from beating Puerto Rico in the championship game as the US starter in 2017 to pitching for Puerto Rico in 2022.
