RV cover/shed combo

Anyone have an RV cover shed combo situation? Not a shop that your RV fits in. I, unfortunately, don’t have space for that. I’m talking more of a cover in the front for the RV and enclosed shed under the same roof in the back or something similar.

Would it not take of the same space as a shop?

I’m probably explaining poorly, essentially I don’t want to go wider than the camper. So 12’ wide 50’ ish feet long. My 30 foot camper would fit and then behind that would be 12 x 20 shed. The front wouldn’t be enclosed, the back would.

Why not just buy a soft cover for it?

I had a metal roof built to keep mine in to keep the weather off of it. Fairly inexpensive to build and I am still parking vehicles under it even though the motor home is long gone.

The shed would be open on one side? I built a boat / RV storage facility in the 1990s that had 12X40X14 foot covered parking spaces and a 10X12 Shed with a roll up door at the back of each space. 20 amp circuit at each space and a dump station / rv wash area. I was getting $300 a month for those spaces in 1992. It was a cash cow.

This sounds like what I’m looking for. I thought I’d find something like this online but haven’t seen any type of kit.

Are you going bare ground or at least putting down a slab for the shed portion and maybe gravel for the RV to sit on?

Think I’m going to go slab for the whole thing
