The bill allows for strip searching of 12 year olds. I can see how some may object to that.

It does not allow for "strip searching.". They just make the insinuation it could. A liberal talking point that makes assumptions that there will be no policies or procedures in place.

It allows for “examinations” of 12 year olds’ bodies looking for tattoos. Not really a big leap to strip searching there bud.

They still strip search juveniles when they are put in a juvenile detention center "when there is reasonable suspension."
Did the Democrats tackle this when they had the opportunity to pass this in Biden's first two years?
