The sooner we rid this once great nation of all demoncraps, the sooner Americans can once again live in harmony.

The bill allows for strip searching of 12 year olds. I can see how some may object to that.

From the ACLU

quote:

First, H.R. 4371 would allow immigration agents to subject unaccompanied
children as young as 12 to invasive bodily searches to search for “gang
affiliation” markings before authorizing their release.1 Nothing in the bill prevents
agents from subjecting children to a strip search to find such markings

compounding trauma and leaving emotional and psychological scars on the child.2

It does not allow for "strip searching.". They just make the insinuation it could. A liberal talking point that makes assumptions that there will be no policies or procedures in place.

Congrats on falling for ACLU and Jayapal talking points.

It allows for “examinations” of 12 year olds’ bodies looking for tattoos. Not really a big leap to strip searching there bud.

They still strip search juveniles when they are put in a juvenile detention center "when there is reasonable suspension."

Did the Democrats tackle this when they had the opportunity to pass this in Biden's first two years?
