Anyone have T-Mobile fiber?

How is it? They bought Vexus, who had recently installed boxes in our neighborhood, so they are out knocking on doors and sending mailers.
I’m eligible for 2 gigs for $70/mo. Currently have ATT at 1gig, and this T-mobile offer looks too good to pass on.

Is the TMobile cheaper?
Doubt you notice a difference between the two unless you have a lot of devices.

It’s cheaper. You’re right the difference between 1 and 2 gigs would probably not be noticeable for me.

Great deal if you have 300 TVs streaming and a few meetings all going on at the same time.

I beta-tested Vexus for a month and sent them their shite back. Yeah, it was pretty fast internet but I've never had so many service disruptions in a month period all the years I've had Cox. Their customer service is garbage. If it does down it could be days before they resolve the issue.

I didn't realize they bought Vexus. That makes sense. Do they require you to use a certain router or can I use any router? Or does their router work easily with mesh systems? I have to have a mesh system in my home.

Assuming it's the same as Vexus, you have to use their equipment. A fiber-optic box that mounts on the wall and an Eero modem/router.

Had vexus in hammond going on five years and had two outages..One was due to Ida knocking the line down and they were out LEGIT the next day burying the new one...
Metronet bought Vexus and TMobile bought metronet, from what i can tell...Bill is about the same but they did offer me pretty fun prices like yours, 2Gb for $70...Problem for me is that would require me to bump up my routers and im not ready for that and i dont want their shitty eeros
anyone that says they had issues with Vexus didnt know what they had and probably was running older equipment than fiber demands
ETA:
They run fiber all the way to the modem in your house, from there, its yours to do with as you please

I don't think two months ago is considered old equipment and I'm more than competent enough to know how it works. It's not my fault their shite wouldn't consistently maintain signal for more than a couple of days. Last time I checked I'm not on the spectrum. Having a service outage for over two days at a time is unacceptable.

fiber has a signal,or it doesnt..there is no fluctuation...
I stick to the idea that you were having wifi issues and your equipment wasnt set up properly on your end
I dont work for Vexus, but ive had them long enough to know that nothing compares to fiber and its literally an install and then its all yours
