A federal judge on Wednesday approved the unsealing of documents from the investigation and criminal prosecution of accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
The decision from Manhattan judge Richard M. Berman comes one day after a different New York judge approved the release of records in the case against Epstein’s associate, Ghislane Maxwell, and one week after a third judge in Florida also approved the release of investigative materials there.
The trove of documents now set to be released could provide an inside look into how the Justice Department investigated and prosecuted Epstein’s alleged underworld of pedophilia, though it is not yet clear how much of the evidence will be new to the public or when it will be made available.

The three judge’s based their decisions on the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which was signed into law last month. In his brief ruling Wednesday, Berman said that the law requires the documents to be released with appropriate redactions to protect victims’ identities and information.

We are on to pretending to be concerned about other things now

I'm surprised Boasberg hasn't issued a nationwide injunction against releasing the files.

The Epstein Files Transparency Act, signed into law by President Trump after receiving near-unanimous support in Congress, requires the DOJ to publicize documents regarding Epstein’s case by Dec. 19.
Berman’s ruling comes a day after a federal judge granted the DOJ’s request to release records from the sex-trafficking case against Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s accomplice.

The Democrats lost interest in the files when the two biggest names in it turned out to be Democrats Hakeem Jeffries and Stacey Plaskett

Nope. They never have. It was always just concern trolling trying to throw shade at Trump. They're broken. They also don't give a frick about the drug smugglers. They just see it as another avenue to possibly get Trump. They're no different from the liberals.

Always been about trump. Esptein should have been in jail in 2008. I can only laugh at people that keep saying release the files. There is nothing in those files that will put anybody in jail. It's just to out names out there. No matter if they were on island or not. Just to try to guilt associate.
