We’re planning to buy this or something similar for our oldest as a Christmas present, but was curious about quality or unforeseen issues, etc.
He’s 10 and I thought it would serve three purposes. Teach him how to use various tools to mount them himself, organize his room, and keep his mom off his arse about controllers and things laying around his room
For reference

I use the temu version to hold my X behind a monitor and my sons X behind his tv...We have some of the headset and controller mounts that work as well as expected too..
Like i said, these are the Temu ones, so id expect nothing less from a name brand

I have a few of these and they work well to hide everything behind the TV. The strap that comes with them seems flimsy but as long as the plastic is mounted into a stud, there should be no problem. Make sure to overthink everything when mounting it though. Make sure you have easy access to the cables that you need and if you need access to insert game CDs, you keep that in consideration as well. I made the mistake of just installing the mount and then willy nilly putting the xbox in it, realized after the fact that I didn't have easy access to everything that I needed and had to move everything.

Definitely something we would have overlooked. Thanks.
