Baker is the biggest get by Lane so far IMHO. Baker is the only reason we are 7-5 instead of 5-7

In everyone of our losses, defense did their part and gave us opportunities to win.
Offense consistently came up short. Through the season several people waned to be on plain about defense but imagine getting an interception, fumble, and a punt, and your offense scoring 3 points.

5-7 if we were lucky. Could’ve been way worse than that. If we would’ve had anything less than a top 50 defense we could’ve been 2-10 or 3-9

In the losses we gave up big points we also scored 24 and 25 points.

The one bad game was A&M. Every other loss was on the offense.
