I have a dispute with an investment firm for its failure as a fiduciary. I know all attorneys don't have the ability to handle it due since financial is a regulated industry. Anyone have experience with Louisiana firms?

I guess it depends on the dispute. Fiduciary responsibility mostly sounds in ethics, but if there's a contractual breach element of your complaint, that's likely where to look. More info?
