Prefab Guest/Pool House

Looking at adding a guest house for the mother-in-law on our property on the North Shore. It will eventually become a pool house. I was starting the search with prefab or modular 1-bed/1-bath, but the Google machine is not helping. Does anyone here have any insight?

A friend of mine outfitted a cargo shell into an outdoor guest house. Overall he said it really wasn’t that expensive.
