I hope Kiffin looks hard at hiring Sam Pittman to coach O-Line. He was a great O-Line coach before ArKansas.

I really doubt he has the same drive to be a high level o-line coach like he was prior to being a head coach in the SEC and making millions.

Him and Kelly are roughly the same age. Not necessarily too old to coach but they cut their teeth in a totally different era and probably have no interest in coaching anymore.
