Found a nice one today closing a gate. Marked the hole he went into and he’s ready for pickup

Poor reception and can’t post a pic.

Edit: finally got the pic to go through.

One of my Florida buddies texted me last week and said some guys he knows were killing it in South Texas - snakes everywhere. They got a couple indigos too.

Yes, but I retired around 15 years ago after having a C5-6-7 fusion in my neck.

Tigrrr dad, I have a question. I found a copperhead a couple months ago, when harassed it played dead like a hognose. Is this normal for copperheads?

I’ve never heard of a copperhead playing dead. I’ve only seen hognoses and coachwhips do it. I wonder if it had some type of injury.
