Many of us will have trouble reintegrating into reality. If so, I'd go:

1. Magnesium glycinate 200–400mg at night
2. Omega-3 EPA 1000–1500mg/day
3. Daily morning sunlight & movement
4. If things still feel off, you should talk with a doctor about an SSRI.

Geaux.

Do some of you recents not realize the Coaching Changes board opens every season and stays open through NFL coaching openings?

Goddamn idiots thinking this was a special occasion this year for the LSU opening.
