Seems weird. Will be fun watching a coach soon string along Alabama, because it just happened to LSU and Florida.

Yes, you are going to get Kiffin, Rebel fans accept that now. Amazing how the dynamic has shifted where schools are feeling the need to beg them to come, especially SEC schools. Teams like Florida, Auburn and Arkansas cannot even get their first choice. LSU should, but it has not been easy.

It's mainly due to NIL has leveled the playing field more and NCAA is more competitive than it has been the past few decades. You can possibly win anywhere as long as they're spending.

I’m asking who would be your top hire if no Kiffin?

We are getting to a point where a great play caller is less important than a general manager.

Time fire up Money Ball and watch it again.

Truth is Ole Miss can’t keep him long term and they know it. They just are not that upper class of college football and are a stepping stone for college coaching. Stadium is definitely lower end of the SEC. There biggest brag in football is the grove. No matter his decision the clock is winding down on his time there.

You don't understand the new NIL structure. LSU NIL is head and shoulders beyond anything Ole Miss has currently.

Then we should wait as long as possible because it won’t matter anyway. This coaching cycle sucks, lol.

Neither do you, as the new NIL has not played out yet.

You also made an assumption BK was going to deliver NCs.
