Any recommendations on where to have a deer processed in the Gonzales area?

Depends what you want done.
As far as sausage goes, P-Nuts @ D&Js grocery is the go to, but he fills up fast. There’s a few other places I see driving around (Duckroost/Jambalaya Shoppe) but it seems like they are falling off as more people do their own.
I have made and have had homemade smoked sausage as good or better than any processor I’ve ever tried, but it’s a time consuming process.
