Is it a sign that he’s not a long term planner?

His own admission was that only 3 players in the starting lineup for OM were recruited from HS? Every other player was a portal player.

It’s logical, then to determine that the OM model isn’t sustainable. So he’d be staying and setting himself up for failure?

Seriously, if he’s thinking that way, is that the mindset we want as the head of a billion dollar program/brand?

There is no melt. Just thinking how poor of a decision it would be. I mean if we can see how much of a “short term win” for “long term loss” staying at OM would be, he clearly sees it, right?
