I think what she is saying, is we the USA just continued the British model after WW2. Which in many cases we did, Korea, Vietnam, Middle east wars, and Ukraine. In Ukraine, we helped start that war like no other in my memory. I get wanting to put missiles on Russia border or trying to break Russia as Ukraine as our Proxy, but do feel for Ukraine, because when the history of that war is written the USA will not shown in a good light at all..

What about the deal that Ukraine has already agreed to and signed with the UK? That's a legitimate 100 year deal that includes mineral rights.
