Hope this is false, was told that Lane's wife (ex-wife) decided against moving to Baton Rouge based on real estate options. Source is from someone who is close friends with Layla Reaves.

Baton Rouge is not the greatest city in the South, but it's not the worst. There are literally hundreds of homes for sale in the city every day, many of them of the $1 million variety in dozens of different neighborhoods. Real estate is not an issue in Red Stick.
